SLCA Membership
Membership in the association is open to individuals who support and uphold the Mission and Vision of the Saskatchewan Lactation Consultants Association (SLCA) and who are committed to protecting, promoting, and supporting breastfeeding.
Membership Categories
1. Voting Members
Voting membership is available to currently certified IBCLCs.
Affiliate membership is open to aspiring IBCLCs, retired IBCLCs, physicians, breastfeeding educators, nurses, midwives, dietitians, and other health professionals who support our Mission and Vision.
How to Join
If you are an IBCLC, you will then gain access to the form required to be added to the SLCA Registry.

- Annual membership: $25
- Five-year membership: $100
Paid membership includes your contact information listed in the Saskatchewan IBCLC Registry.
Affiliate membership is open to aspiring IBCLCs, retired IBCLCs, physicians, breastfeeding educators, nurses, midwives, dietitians, and other health professionals who support our Mission and Vision.
- Annual membership: $20
- Five-year membership: $75
- In years when the SLCA hosts an Education Day, all members receive a $10 discount on registration fees.

How to Join
- Click “Register” in the menu on the left-hand side of this website.
- Complete the registration form.
- Submit your membership fee using the PayPal button below, selecting your category and membership duration.
